Training Programmes: Refund & Cancellation Policy

When fees are refunded, how batch decisions are made, and how certificates are issued.

This policy applies only to paid training programmes run by Eeshaanvi Consultancy. It does not apply to consulting or advisory engagements, which are governed by their own agreements.

1. Scope

This policy covers paid training programmes only — the batches and cohorts you register for as an individual learner. Consulting and advisory engagements are not covered; their cancellation and payment terms are set out in the proposal, engagement letter or statement of work signed for that engagement.

2. Fees

Fees are shown to you at the point of registration as a single GST-inclusive amount. No fee amounts are published on this page. The amount you see and agree to at registration is the amount payable.

3. When fees are refunded

Fees are refunded only if Eeshaanvi cancels the batch. This includes:

  • Cancellation due to insufficient registrations — if a batch does not reach the minimum number of learners needed to run it.
  • A date change announced by Eeshaanvi that you choose not to accept — if we move the batch dates and the new dates do not work for you, you may decline and receive a refund.

There are no other grounds for a refund.

4. When fees are not refunded

Fees are not refunded if:

  • you withdraw from the programme after registering, for any reason
  • you miss one or more sessions
  • you do not complete the programme or do not submit the required case study
  • you are removed from the batch for breaching our Terms of Service

5. Batch go/no-go decision

We take a go/no-go decision on each batch 7 days before the start date. Registered learners are informed of the outcome by email. If the decision is no-go, the batch is cancelled and fees are refunded as set out below.

6. How refunds are processed

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at registration, within 5-7 business days of the cancellation. We do not issue refunds in cash, to a different account, or as credit unless you and we agree otherwise in writing. Once the refund is released from our end, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Completion certificates

A completion certificate is issued only to learners who:

  1. attend all sessions of the batch, and
  2. submit the required case study

Learners who do not meet both conditions do not receive a certificate, and this does not create a right to a refund.
